Easy coconut almond milk with the Sana 707

Your family will love the smooth sweet taste!

Rich and creamy, with a subtle hint of sweetness, home-made almond milk is so good you’ll never want to go back to store-bought.

 Ingredients

  • 400 ml water
  • 200 g almonds
  • 1 young coconut, pierced

Soak almonds for a minimum of 8 hours and up to two days. Longer soaking time will give a smoother result. Drain the almonds, and process in the Sana EUJ-707 horizontal juicer using the blank screen. Make sure to place a bowl big enough to fit under both outlets to catch all the crushed almonds. Add 400 ml. of water to the crushed almonds and let soak for a minute. Then juice the crushed almonds and water mixture using the fine screen.  Add the coconut water to the almond milk and stir. Serve immediately, or store chilled in an airtight bottle for up to two days.
