- 400g peeled oranges
- 400g carrots
- 1 lime, peeled
- 5cm fresh ginger, peeled
- small handful of mint leaves
Wash carrots and remove tops. Juice oranges first, followed by ginger, mint, and carrots. Finish with lime. Serve immediately.
